Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required.
• Professional or Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR) and/or SHRM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business by contributing to clients’ overall success and growth while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Advises client management using knowledge of employee relations, benefits, and performance management.
• Collaborates on alignment of HR strategy and goals for client organizations.
• Consults on HR-related issues and provides HR guidance when appropriate.
• Evaluates HR-related needs and develops solutions to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Delivers guidance on performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Maintains documentation in client management systems and databases.
