Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to Aviation leaders, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives and delivering integrated HR solutions that support operational effectiveness and long-term talent sustainability.

You will build partnerships, influence leadership decisions, and guide employee and labor relations, while using data to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive solutions for organizational readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience.
• Experience in unionized, highly regulated, or large enterprise organizations.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, employment law, labor principles, policy interpretation, and collective bargaining environments.

• Provides thoughtful guidance on employee and labor relations matters, fostering fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes while strengthening accountability, employee engagement, workplace effectiveness, and leadership capability.
• Leverages data, insights, and strategic thinking to anticipate workforce needs, identify emerging trends, and develop proactive solutions that enhance talent pipelines, organizational readiness, workforce capability, and overall business success.
