Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist, including interviewing and performance management.
• Experience in partnering with and advising business leadership.
• High degree of professional ethics, sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop effective internal and external business relationships.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and compliance requirements; confidentiality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including recruiting, retention, succession planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, engagement, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with CHRO/SVP of HR and client groups to design organization structure and processes that support strategic goals.
• Create a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and workforce development.
• Guide managers in benefits, compensation, training, recruiting, workforce planning, conflict management, and performance management.
• Ensure policies comply with federal, state, and local regulations and are consistently administered.
• Proactively suggest processes that deliver value and ROI.
