Massachusetts Port Authority in Boston is seeking a Manager, Contract Services to provide strategic oversight of multi-million-dollar contracted services supporting airport operations, ensuring vendor partnerships, service delivery, and financial stewardship aligned with Massport’s goals.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through data, technology, and performance metrics while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years managing contracted services within a large physical plant or airport environment.
• Working knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.
• Working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of complex, multi-million-dollar contracted services supporting airport operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, unions, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence through technology, asset management, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead readiness efforts including environmental response and weather-related operations while ensuring safety and reliability.
