Responsibilities

• Coaches operations field leaders on development plans and talent management programs.
• Supports delivery of HR programs, services, and solutions.
• Identifies and responds to HR requests within established timelines.
• Supports onboarding, mergers and acquisitions, safety compliance, and performance management deployments.
• Conducts training and coaching for deployment of HR programs.
• Escalates HR questions to the HR Shared Services and appropriate channels.
