Zusammenfassung

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our operations team and drive company-wide HR initiatives. The role covers employee relations, training, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, and metrics tracking across locations in the assigned region.

Regular travel to sites is required to provide in-market HR support. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment laws, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in HR fundamentals, compliance, recruitment, employee relations and training.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to coach, manage conflict, and mediate complex issues.
• Ability to document investigations and provide written summaries of formal complaints.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, plus presentation abilities.
• Collaborative and proactive communication style; able to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Partner with regional leaders, offering front line support for employee relations matters within assigned MCW field locations.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees for HR related concerns including performance management and development plans.
• Deliver formal and informal training to management on HR topics such as employment law and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws.
• Travel regularly to assigned locations to provide in-market HR support to local leaders.
• Assist in investigations of employee misconduct and policy violations; offer recommendations for dispute resolution.
• Develop and manage metrics reporting to support market strategy and drive business results.
• Coordinate with Tucson Comp & Benefits Team on compensation and benefits programs to meet market needs.
• Maintain knowledge through meetings, seminars, and industry publications.
