Nouria Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business needs across approximately 50 retail locations in the field. You will handle performance management, onboarding, policy interpretation, and employee relations, partnering with operations to drive results.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, retail experience preferred, and strong communication. Travel and local market engagement are expected as part of a full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources across all HR functions.
• BA/BS or comparable HRCI/SHRM certification preferred.
• Retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead workforce planning and succession planning for their area.
• Provide day-to-day performance management and guidance to field organization.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and Nouria policies.
• Coordinate recruitment needs assessments with Talent Acquisition and participate in outreach events.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new employees.
• Investigate employee relations issues and provide recommendations.
