Job summary

Soapy Joe's Car Wash is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead a lean HR team and partner with field operations to strengthen culture and drive performance. You will shape people strategies, coach leaders in the field, and roll up your sleeves to implement improvements across store locations.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will build strong talent pipelines, develop store leaders, and create an employee experience that translates into exceptional customer service and wash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin preferred.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in the HR field with progressive leadership growth.
• Experience in multi-unit retail with a focus on culture, engagement and communication.
• Proven ability to build HR partnerships aligned with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a lean HR team, including HRBPs, Payroll Manager and Office support; establish accountability and collaboration.
• Redefine HRBP model to support field leadership proactively and consistently.
• Partner with operations to understand challenges and provide solutions.
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable HR initiatives with the CPO.
