Job summary

Central Maine Healthcare seeks an Human Resources Business Partner to support department heads and staff in resolving employee relations issues and to coach on training, performance improvement, and investigations.

As a trusted HR expert, you will advise on policies and programs, conduct investigations into harassment or discrimination concerns, and lead special projects. Travel may be required. Full-time, days shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years in HR handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law; experience with HRIS; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
• Coach and counsel on training, corrective action, and performance improvement; conduct investigations.
• Serve as SME on HR policies, procedures and programs; perform special projects as assigned.
