Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Team Member Relations Partner to lead investigations, advise leaders, and ensure fair, policy-aligned outcomes across the organization. You will partner with Strategic People Partners and COEs to address complex employee concerns, interpret employment laws, and mitigate risk while promoting a seamless employee experience in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or 8 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in employee relations or related People functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely, thorough investigations into workplace concerns and document findings.
• Provide guidance to leaders and escalate with strategic partners as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality, neutrality, and alignment with policies and laws.
• Partner with SPPs to manage complex ER matters and risk.
• Coach leaders on performance, conflict, and sensitive employee situations.
• Recommend actions and oversee fair disciplinary processes when required.
• Interpret policies and monitor compliance across the organization.
• Identify trends and support ER process improvements.
