Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Partner focused on Employee Relations to conduct complex workplace investigations and advise on HR policies and programs. You will support department heads, coach managers on performance and employee concerns, and lead special projects as needed.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or HR, 2+ years of HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related field is required; Master’s preferred.
  • At least two years of HR experience handling employee relations and investigations.
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Must obtain Sexual Harassment certification within 6 months.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex workplace investigations on employee concerns.
  • Serve as a SME on HR policies, procedures and programs.
  • Support department heads and employees to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to department heads on action, performance, and terminations.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
