Out West Restaurant Group in San Diego, CA seeks a Senior HR Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, focusing on employee relations across multiple restaurant locations in five states. The role reports to the VP of HR and requires expertise in labor laws, policy development, training, and conflict resolution.

You will design programs for staff development, oversee investigations, ensure compliance, mentor junior HR team, and partner with field leadership to enable agile operations and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR across multi-location/hospitality.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as strategic partner and trusted advisor to VP of HR.
• Lead investigations and resolve employee relations issues with compliance.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures for consistency.
• Design and deliver staff development programs; train managers on HR best practices.
• Oversee compliance with federal/state/local labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Lead change initiatives and crisis management planning in HR.
