Job summary

Sentral in the United States seeks an HR Generalist/Business Partner to partner with Operations, GMs, and department leaders to provide HR guidance and support. You will conduct workplace investigations, advise on policies, and coach leaders on performance management.

You will support the employee lifecycle from staffing and onboarding to offboarding and retention initiatives, with experience in hospitality, multifamily, or multi-location environments preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
• Experience in hospitality, multifamily, or multi-location environments preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, General Managers, and department leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
• Conduct workplace investigations, advise on policies, and coach leaders on performance management.
