Palomar Health in Escondido is seeking an HR Business Partner to support HR processes for assigned client groups. Under supervision, the BP will advise leaders, handle employee inquiries, and partner with COE and LOA teams to ensure compliant, customer-focused service.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, policy interpretation, and timely disciplinary actions, with a focus on fostering a healthy work environment and delivering proactive HR support across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred Education: Masters Degree in related field
• Minimum Experience: 2-4 years in related area of Human Resources
• Preferred Experience: 5+ years in related area of Human Resources
• Required License: Valid Driver's License
• Preferred Certification: PHR or SHRM-CP Certification

Responsabilités

• Support HR initiatives for assigned client groups and processes
• Act as primary contact for employee and management HR inquiries
• Coach leaders and assist with performance management and feedback
• Uphold compliance standards and support disciplinary actions up to terminations
• Assist with benefits enrollment and LOA inquiries
• Develop and deliver HR program communications and training
