Job summary

Royal Electric is hiring an HR Business Partner in Pleasanton, CA. This role oversees new hire processes, employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives.

You will partner with leaders on people operations, conduct investigations, manage performance reviews, and support succession planning across California offices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR management, deep knowledge of California laws, and experience in construction settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive human resource management experience.
• 5+ years of experience applying and interpreting California state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Process: audit, input in HRIS, ensure paperwork up to date per CA requirements, conduct 30/60/90 check-ins for CA employees.
