Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to field leadership.
• Direct and manage HR programs within the Field team.
• Provide strategic staffing, performance management, employee relations and policy guidance.
• Coach HR staff and lead process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across geographic area.
• Partner on payroll/benefits and national HR programs.
• Support leadership during outsourcing, mergers, acquisitions and due diligence.
