Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in healthcare.
• High emotional intelligence with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Effective communicator with troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce and LOA processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis; basic PowerPoint skills.

• Provide guidance on benefits and LOA policies, ensuring compliance.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires.

• Gather staffing-related feedback and communicate needs to Recruitment.
