Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Site HR Manager to align business objectives with the HR function and lead a team of HR professionals. You will act as a consultant to management, drive people strategy, and partner with leadership to resolve employee relations issues.

Responsibilities include coaching leaders on change, developing talent, overseeing recruiting and payroll processes, and ensuring HR practices comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous people leadership experience required.
• Broad knowledge of HR practices, procedures and HR laws/regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills; builds relationships at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand and anticipate business priorities and contribute to the development of the assigned business’ strategy.
• Coach leaders on leading change and building capabilities.
• Own and implement the people strategy within the business unit and drive performance improvements.
• Oversee hourly recruiting, payroll reconciliation, and training programs for the location.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues in partnership with Legal and leadership.
