You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and executives to translate business priorities into clear candidate profiles and align search strategies with company goals.

You will source passive candidates, build proactive talent pipelines, and guide interview processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting at senior/executive levels in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles from manager to VP.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profile.
• Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future needs.
• Guide interview process, schedule, and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency.
