Job summary

The Marzetti Company is seeking a Senior Manager, SC HRBP for the Dressings Network. This role serves as the lead HR business partner for multiple Dressings facilities, translating business priorities into talent, organization, and labor strategies across the network.

It collaborates closely with senior operations leaders and Legal/HR partners. The role requires 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, union relations expertise, and the ability to drive workforce planning and organizational

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading and developing HR professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience with union environments and labor relations.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Dressings Network people strategy and align priorities with business and Supply Chain objectives.
• Partner with leaders and site HR teams to connect network priorities with site needs and drive execution.
• Lead network talent and workforce planning, including succession and critical capability needs.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability and organizational capability, lead organization design and change management.
• Guide site HR teams on labor relations strategy, including bargaining preparation and contract administration.
• Lead the people and change agenda for network initiatives and manufacturing transformation.
