The role manages a team of HR professionals, supports change initiatives, and partners with leadership to design talent management and organizational development programs that scale with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous people leadership experience required.
• Breadth of knowledge on HR practices, procedures and HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and coaching skills; engages and builds effective relationships across the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand and align business priorities and contribute to the development of the assigned business’ strategy.
• Coach leaders on change and capability development.
• Provide coaching to leaders to address issues and challenges.
• Ensure execution of the people strategy.
• Partner with the designated business unit to understand key performance issues and drive HR solutions.
• Proactively engage with employees to reinforce positive culture.
• Oversee payroll reconciliation and hourly recruiting functions for the site.
• Develop tools in collaboration with excellence and shared service groups to maximize scale and learning.
