Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university
• 10+ years of HR experience with progressive leadership in HR disciplines
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders
• Strong HR business acumen with problem-solving and initiative
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and diagnose problems

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner and Change Agent: Develop and execute people strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Culture Steward: Promote a productive, open culture and monitor employee engagement and retention.
• Talent Advisor: Lead resourcing and talent strategies, coach leaders, and support performance management.
• Positive Employee Relations and HR Compliance: Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• HR Architect / Organization Design: Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and restructures.
• Leveraging Data: Use data insights to inform talent priorities and continuous improvement.
