Job summary

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role at BMCHS partners with hospital leadership to shape talent strategy, workforce planning and organizational development across the Physician Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field required.
• Seven years of HRBP experience in a large organization or hospital setting preferred.
• SPHR certification a plus.

Responsibilities
