Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of HR consulting/advising experience required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership: align HR strategies with business objectives and advise on talent, workforce planning, and org design.
• Talent and performance management: ensure right people in roles and drive performance, engagement, and culture.
• Organizational development and culture: lead design, culture transformation, and inclusion initiatives.
• Change leadership: design and implement change management for smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Human capital planning: partner with leaders on workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Improvement and solution design: develop solutions for leadership, structure, communications, and compensation.
• HR analytics and insights: use data to guide decisions and measure impact of HR programs.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in the workplace.
• Expertise and innovation: provide HR advisory support and lead system-wide HR programs.
