Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Associate HRBP to assist with sourcing, recruitment, culture, and onboarding. The role supports leadership and HR projects across the business to improve workforce development and retention.

Ideal candidate has an Associate degree in HR or related field, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will handle confidential information and work both independently and with teams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Address employee complaints/confidentially and collaborate with Plant Leadership to resolve issues.
• Shadow and participate in complex investigations.
• Coordinate HR matters such as unemployment claims and leaves of absence.
• Support programs to improve workplace culture and employee recognition.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts to meet talent needs.
• Participate in New Employee Orientation and onboarding paperwork.
• Answer questions on benefits, wellness, compensation, and company programs.
• Ensure compliance with records retention and I-9 processes.
• Partner with HR Manager to ensure policies are communicated and followed.
• Engage in local HR Center of Expertise.
