Job summary

Marvin is seeking an HR Business Partner to guide leadership and support sourcing, recruitment, culture, and workforce development across the site.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, benefits questions, onboarding, and collaborate with the HR Manager to ensure compliant policies.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years HR experience, and professional certification preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR) strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resources to improve sourcing, recruitment, culture, and employee development.
• Address employee complaints and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations.
• Coordinate unemployment claims, accommodations, leaves, and return-to-work programs.
• Support culture-focused programs and mentoring for team leaders.
• Assist with onboarding and answering benefits questions.
• Ensure policy compliance and government reporting; partner with HR Manager.
• Participate in local HR Center of Expertise.
