Marvin is seeking a Principal, People Analytics & Insights Partner to lead analytics strategy, measurement, and executive storytelling across the enterprise. You will translate data into actionable insights, influence senior leaders, and shape workforce planning, employee listening, and organizational metrics aligned to business priorities.

The role partners with HR and leadership to drive data-informed decisions, governance, and innovation in analytics capabilities at Marvin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, BI, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders through analytics and insights.
• Expertise in people metrics, storytelling with data, and executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise people analytics projects addressing strategic business priorities.
• Identify talent and organizational risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Develop predictive and forward-looking analytics capabilities.
• Integrate insights from people data, employee surveys, talent data, labor market information, and business performance metrics.
• Create executive-ready recommendations and narratives that influence business decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate workforce planning discussions and governance.
• Present insights to executive leadership and governance groups.
