Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner to join our team in Grafton, ND. You will implement HR programs, partner with the HR team, and help shape culture in line with Marvin values.

Key duties include advising leaders, supporting talent development, and coordinating HR processes such as performance reviews and job descriptions. Expect collaboration with Total Rewards and HRIS to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with HR and business projects aligned with strategic plans.
• Advise leaders and employees on policies with confidentiality and action-oriented approach.
• Support culture-building programs and events to improve workplace climate.
• Administer employee recognition programs.
• Partner with Communications and Culture to maximize Better Living opportunities and conduct stay/exit interviews.
• Assist with annual HR processes: performance management, career development, job descriptions, talent reviews and surveys.
• Coordinate leaves, accommodations, return-to-work, and unemployment claims.
• Respond to HR system and benefits inquiries with internal resources to resolve issues.
