Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior HR Manager to provide strategic HR leadership for ES leadership and partner with senior business leaders to anticipate and meet talent needs. The role emphasizes analytics-driven decision making, workforce planning, and innovative people solutions.

You will drive data analytics initiatives, coach leaders for higher performance, and collaborate across functions to implement HR programs and organizational change.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering.
• Strong analytics, data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge the status quo in a complex org.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with tier 2 leaders to create and deploy HR strategies aligned with business objectives; ensure effective workforce planning, org design, and talent movement.
• Lead the development and execution of data analytics initiatives to analyze workforce census and cost trends, measure HR effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities with the VPHR.
• Coach leaders to improve performance and engagement; advise on performance management and talent planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and drive organizational change.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR team and partner community.
