Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a trusted strategic partner to leaders across Finance, IT, Services, Engineering, and Legal. You will translate business priorities into cohesive people and organizational strategies that accelerate growth and enable transformation, reporting to the Senior HR Director for Functions.

This role supports a hybrid work model from Houston, Charlotte, or Atlanta.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience translating business strategies into talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and sound judgment with discretion.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement integrated people strategies for Finance, IT, Services, Engineering, and Legal with functional leaders and the Senior HR Director for Functions.
• Lead talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention for key roles.
• Drive organizational design, role clarity, strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and functional transformation initiatives.
• Coach and partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and manage performance and employee relations with sound judgment.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify capability gaps, turnover and succession risks, and opportunities to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated employee experiences.
