Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders across Finance, IT, Services, Engineering and Legal, translating business priorities into talent and organizational strategies for growth and transformation.

The role reports to the Senior HR Director for Functions and offers a hybrid work model across Houston, Charlotte, or Atlanta. You will shape a scalable operating model and influence leadership globally.

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting professional, technical, or corporate functions in complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven success translating business strategies into actionable talent management and workforce planning initiatives.
Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders, navigate matrix environments, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated people strategies for multiple functions in collaboration with functional leaders.
Lead talent management processes including reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Drive organizational design, role clarity, strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and functional transformation.
Coach and partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and manage performance, relations, policy adherence, and change communications.
Leverage workforce analytics to identify capability gaps, turnover risks, and opportunities to boost productivity and execution.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
