Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Charlotte, NC seeks an Integrated Supply Chain HR Director to partner with ISC leaders, translating strategic priorities into workforce, talent, and culture actions across locations.

You will lead workforce planning, org design, succession, leadership development, and critical hiring while guiding leaders through employee relations and change management. This senior role demands strong analytics, influence, and global/matrix experience.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive HR business-partner experience with leadership-level clients.
• Experience in organization design, talent management, employee relations, change leadership, and workforce planning.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical HR priorities and measurable actions.
• Excellent influence, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ISC leaders to build and execute annual and long-range people plans aligned with safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and growth priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organization design, succession, talent reviews, leadership development, and critical hiring for the assigned portfolio.
• Guide leaders through employee relations, performance, restructuring, and change-management matters in partnership with specialist teams.
• Identify organizational health and capability gaps using people and business analytics and recommend targeted interventions.
• Coordinate HR Generalist and center-of-expertise support, clarify roles, and ensure issues are resolved with speed and consistency.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability, engagement, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.
