Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience translating business strategies into talent management and organizational design.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple priorities with discretion.
• Experience supporting enterprise functions such as Finance, IT, Legal, Engineering, and Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated people strategies across Finance, IT, Services, Engineering, and Legal functions.
• Lead talent management processes including reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Drive organizational design, strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and transformation initiatives.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and manage performance, relations, policy adherence, and change communications.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve productivity and execution.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
