Job summary

Honeywell Technologies Industrial Automation is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to partner with leaders across Finance, IT, Services, Engineering and Legal. You will shape people, talent, and organizational strategies to enable growth and transformation.

This hybrid role can be based in Houston, Charlotte, or Atlanta, and reports to the Senior HR Director for Functions. You will lead talent reviews, leadership development, and workforce planning while building a scalable operating model

Qualifications

6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven ability to translate business strategies into talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated people strategies for multiple functions.
Lead talent management including reviews, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Drive organizational design, strategic workforce planning, location strategy, and transformation initiatives.
Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and manage performance, ER, and change communications.
Use analytics to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to boost productivity and execution.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning, HR Operations, and Employee Relations to deliver integrated HR solutions.
