FrankCrum in San Francisco is seeking a full-time Business Consultant to drive new business in the Bay Area, prospect, respond to inquiries by phone, email, and appointments, and develop client relationships for HR outsourcing solutions.

You will present proposals, educate prospects about FrankCrum’s offerings, and plan regional sales strategies while collaborating with teams, attending events, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualificações

• Exceptional customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales experience and ability to prospect, present, and close deals.
• Knowledge of the PEO structure and HR outsourcing solutions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospects, obtains, and develops leads and updates CRM database daily.
• Responds to and follows up on sales inquiries by phone, email, and appointments daily.
• Maintains minimum selling appointments weekly with prospects and SMBs to sell HR outsourcing solutions.
• Develops and maintains relationships regionally to national level for profitable sales growth.
• Educates potential clients about FrankCrum products and provides updates regularly.
• Identifies client needs and gathers data to determine service requirements.
• Develops and presents proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Plans and implements marketing and sales strategy geographically and vertically.
• Attends meetings, trade shows, networking events, and conferences as directed.
• Communicates with team and management about opportunities, challenges and successes.
