Job summary

FrankCrum seeks a dynamic sales professional to expand broker relationships and drive growth across regional and national markets. You will develop client solutions, educate brokers on our PEO offerings, and train partners to market FrankCrum effectively.

You will maintain regulatory knowledge, manage budgets, and execute targeted marketing campaigns while working remotely and serving the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Keys to success include exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication, and sales experience.
• Knowledge of PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, and risk management is preferred.
• Able to work remotely and manage the Dallas territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, obtain, and develop broker relationships regionally to national level.
• Continually establish new agent relationships.
• Cold call to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
• Develop and present proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Educate brokers about FrankCrum products and provide updates.
• Train brokers on marketing and selling FrankCrum offerings.
• Maintain licensing knowledge through networks and webinars.
• Develop and manage External Sales Department budgets.
• Send at least two Constant Contact campaigns monthly and grow contacts.
• Meet monthly goals for RFPs, leads, and attendance at events.
