FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Business Consultant in Phoenix, AZ to drive direct sales of HR outsourcing solutions. You will prospect, respond to inquiries, and maintain client relationships while leveraging CRM data to develop opportunities.

The role emphasizes building regional and national relationships, presenting tailored proposals, and coordinating marketing strategies. A strong background in sales and customer service is essential.

Qualificações

• Keys to success include exceptional customer service, strong communication skills and sales experience.
• Knowledge of PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, asking for the business and closing sales is needed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prospects, develops leads, and updates CRM daily.
• Responds to sales inquiries by phone, email, and appointments daily.
• Maintains minimum selling appointments with prospects to sell HR outsource solutions.
• Develops and maintains regional to national client relationships for growth.
• Educates potential clients about FrankCrum products and updates.
• Identifies client needs and gathers data to determine service requirements.
• Develops and presents proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Plans and implements marketing and sales strategies geographically and vertically.
• Attends meetings, trade shows, networking events, and conferences as directed.
• Communicates opportunities, challenges and successes with the team and management.
