Job summary

Lyft is seeking a Senior Program Manager – HR Operations to drive operational excellence, design scalable HR workflows, and lead M&A readiness across the organization. You will partner closely with Corporate Engineering & IT, Team Member Experience, and HR leaders to translate business needs into actionable specs, pilot automation, and scale HR solutions that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program/Project Management in HR Operations, HR Systems Transformation, or HR Service Delivery.
• Experience leveraging AI enabled tools and HR tech to optimize processes (e.g., LLMs, automation).
• Hands-on experience supporting M&A activity around HR integration and process harmonization.
• Proven ability to bridge business teams and technical partners (Solution Architects, IT Engineers).

Responsibilities

• Identify and streamline high-impact HR workflows across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead HR Ops M&A execution and ensure smooth integration of acquired employees.
• Partner with CEIT and HR teams to co-design, validate, and launch HR technology solutions including automation and AI workflows.
• Drive change management, training materials, playbooks, and adoption of new operational workflows.
