Job summary

Lyft is seeking a high-impact Legal Operations Program Manager to join our growing Legal Operations Team in San Francisco. You will own M&A integration execution from diligence through post-close in partnership with the IMO, driving a centralized operating model for legal integration.

You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage outside counsel and vendors across jurisdictions, and build scalable playbooks, dashboards, and spend tracking to reduce risk and accelerate value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5–7+ years in legal operations, BizOps, or program management.
• Experience with M&A integration is a must.
• Strong executive communication and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions.
• Build integrated legal roadmaps with dependencies and governance.
• Lead leadership readouts on the integration status of deals in scope.
• Manage cross-functional deal support and document repositories.
• Develop metrics and dashboards for progress and spend.
