Job summary

Lyft is seeking a high-impact Legal Operations Program Manager to lead M&A integration and post-close activity within the Legal Operations Team. This role sits at the center of strategic transactions, partnering with IMO to ensure disciplined execution and scalable governance across jurisdictions.

You will own the integration roadmap, drive cross-functional plans, manage outside counsel and vendors, and help evolve the legal operating model with data-driven metrics and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred in a related field.
• 5–7 years in legal operations, biz ops, program management, or consulting with M&A/integration experience.
• Strong written/verbal communication and executive presence.
• Understanding of financial management, deal budgets, and post-close integration cost tracking.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and working with IMO or similar offices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal integration across global acquisitions from diligence to post-close.
• Build integrated legal roadmaps with clear dependencies and governance for each deal.
• Lead leadership readouts on legal integration status and progress.
• Develop trackable value, risk, and process improvements; codify repeatable playbooks.
