Job summary
Lyft is seeking a seasoned VP, People to shape the future of work across its global organization. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and executive leadership to drive workforce strategy, org design, and leadership development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will lead People Business Partners, guide cross-border M&A HR diligence and integration, and align talent initiatives with finance and business goals for sustainable, scalable growth.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at VP or Head of People level.
- Experience with HR-side M&A diligence and integration, cross-border or multi-entity.
- Enterprise-level workforce planning in partnership with Finance.
- Experience in tech, public companies, or growth/marketplace environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and executive team on Lyft's people strategy and critical decisions.
- Lead the People Business Partner function across Lyft's global footprint and modernize value delivery.
- Shape org design, leadership pipelines, and talent strategies for cross-border growth and integration.
- Head the M&A human capital workstream from diligence to Day 1 readiness.
- Own enterprise workforce planning with Finance and drive analytics for global talent investments.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and Legal to enable impactful programs.
