Job summary

Lyft is seeking a seasoned VP, People to lead the People Business Partner organization, own enterprise workforce planning, and drive the human capital strategy behind international M&A activity. You will partner with the Chief People Officer and the executive leadership team to shape org design, leadership pipelines, and talent strategies across Lyft’s global footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience at VP or Head of People level.
• Experience leading HR strategy, workforce planning, and M&A integration at scale.
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
