Capital One is seeking an experienced Manager, Project Manager to lead high-priority HR and strategic operations initiatives. You will partner with HR leaders to drive governance, strategy, and metrics, while communicating with senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that impact the enterprise.

The role emphasizes strategic problem solving, executive readiness, and the ability to mange complex programs in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Strategic Operations, Management Consulting, HR Strategy, Chief of Staff role or combination.
At least 1 year of experience in roadmap alignment, governance structures, and change management.
At least 3 years experience working in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Executive Governance & Decision Support: design agendas for exec meetings.
Strategy Architecture: help draft multi-year HR strategy and align across the enterprise.
Organizational Health & Reporting: define and own key metrics and reporting.
High-stakes Communications: draft exec-facing communications and synthesize discussions.
Culture Advocacy: design initiatives to foster engagement within HR and Strategic Operations.
AI Enablement & Process Innovation: pilot AI tools to improve efficiency and data handling.
