Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.

• 1+ year of experience in roadmap alignment, governance structures, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience working in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the operating rhythm of HR leadership teams with executive governance and decision support.
• Help draft and evolve the multi-year HR strategy and ensure enterprise alignment.
• Define and own metrics; report on objectives and org health with data-driven insights.
• Draft communications for executive forums, framing and synthesis of discussions into actionable outcomes.
• Act as a culture-carrier; design initiatives for engagement and high performance in HR.
• Identify and pilot AI tools to enhance strategic operations workflows, data synthesis, and reporting.
