Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Management - Core HR to lead the strategy and roadmap for Core HR experiences, enabling AI-enabled self-service for associates and HR teams. You will collaborate with Tech and business stakeholders to drive value and scale across Capital One.

In this role you will drive prioritization, guide prototypes, and oversee launches, aligning with a human-centered, technology driven product framework and transformational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for Core HR products.
• Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups.
• Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world-class experiences for Capital One associates and HR business teams.
• Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot issues and oversee launches in partnership with Tech.
