Job summary

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Operations Partner for a direct-hire opportunity with an established organization in the Triad area.

The role requires managing day-to-day HR support, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and policy interpretation. Candidates should have about five years of HR experience, strong communication, judgment, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Approximately five years of progressive human resources experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Sound judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to evaluate situations and make confident, well-reasoned decisions.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to provide patient, professional coaching to managers.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and changing circumstances.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers.
• Manage employee-relations concerns and workplace matters.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding and other employee-status changes.
• Interpret company policies and employment regulations.
• Support performance-management and corrective-action processes.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
• Assist with HR reporting, projects, and process improvements.
• Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines.
