Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. is growing its Direct Hire practice in Greensboro and seeks an experienced Direct Hire Recruiter to manage full-cycle searches across multiple disciplines including Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations, Professional, Supply Chain, Technical and Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will source and engage passive and active candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, build strong pipelines, and develop relationships with clients and hiring managers to deliver quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in multiple disciplines including Accounting & Finance, HR, Operations & Management, Professional, Supply Chain, Technical and Manufacturing, Industrial and Healthcare.
• Agency staffing or search experience is preferred, but corporate recruiters with ownership and growth potential are considered.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit active and passive candidates through recruiting technology, ATS/CRM systems, social media, LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals and networking.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to understand each candidate’s experience, goals and motivation for changing roles.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of professional talent within key disciplines.
• Present well-qualified candidates and manage the recruiting process from introduction through interviews, offers and placement.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain communication with all parties.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and professional contacts for referrals and future opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to understand client business, culture and hiring needs.

This position will manage the full recruitment cycle of professional searches, develop and engage with a strong network of talent and hiring contacts, and play a key role in the continued growth of our Direct Hire division.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Direct Hire Recruiterwill manage searches for professional and salaried positions across a variety of disciplines, including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Operations & Management, Professional, Supply Chain, Technical and Manufacturing, Industrial and Healthcare.

Responsibilities include:

• Source and recruit active and passive candidates through recruiting technology, ATS/CRM systems, social media. LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, networking, and other recruiting resources
• Conduct in-depth interviews to understand each candidate's experience, accomplishments, career goals and motivation for making a change
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of professional talent within key disciplines
• Present well-qualified candidates and manage the recruiting process from initial introduction through interviews, offers and successful placement
• Prepare candidates for interviews, provide guidance throughout the process and maintain consistent communication with all parties
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and professional contacts that generate referrals and future opportunities
• Partner with internal department teams and leadership to gain a thorough understanding of each client's business, culture, hiring needs and expectations
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders and become a knowledgeable recruiting resource within the market
• Identify potential hiring needs and Direct Hire opportunities through networking, referrals, market activity and targeted client outreach
• Develop new client relationships while identifying additional opportunities within existing accounts
• Stay informed on talent availability, compensation trends and market insights for candidate’s career advancement and labor market conditions for clients
• Maintain accurate recruiting and business development activity within our ATS/CRM
• Comfortable initiating conversations with candidates, hiring managers and business leaders and understand that strong relationships can lead to successful placements, referrals and new client opportunities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a strong candidate with 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, in recruiting Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Operations & Management, Professional, Supply Chain, Technical and Manufacturing, Industrial and Healthcare and specialized positions.

Agency staffing or search experience is preferred, but we will also consider an accomplished corporate recruiter interested in moving into an environment with greater ownership, variety and earning potential.
