Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvement of HR operational processes and programs.
• Develop scalable workflows covering recruitment, onboarding, changes, performance, compensation, benefits, timekeeping and offboarding.
• Establish SOPs, documentation and controls for consistency and compliance.
• Drive process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration and vendor coordination.
• Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Manage HR projects and vendor relationships.
