Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Senior Director, HR Operations to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of HR Operations across the United States. You will align services with SLAs and employee experience standards while enabling HR to function as a strategic partner.

You will oversee Employee Lifecycle, Benefits & Leave Administration, Knowledge Management, and HR Systems, driving continuous improvement and governance, and partnering with executives on enterprise HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience leading large, multi-site HR Operations organizations.
• Experience with HR data governance, reporting, analytics, and performance management.
• Certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HR Operations design, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle, Benefits & Leave Administration, Knowledge Management, and HR systems.
• Lead governance, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for HR Operations.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, SLAs, and external partners.
