Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Store Operations to lead the enterprise-wide store operations strategy and performance, overseeing six Regional Vice Presidents and a broad cross-functional team.

In this role you will drive customer experience, operational discipline, profitability, and scalable store execution across multiple regions, partnering with merchandising, supply chain, finance, people, technology, and marketing to translate strategy into action and sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit retail or store operations.
Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams and executive leadership.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven revenue, expense, and profitability management.
Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Exceptional communication, leadership, decision-making, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

Set vision and strategy for total store operations across the enterprise.
Lead six Regional Vice Presidents and store operations leadership.
Drive operational excellence, store execution standards, and customer experience.
Oversee store support functions, analytics, training, and field resources.
Align store operations with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and tech priorities.
Lead change and continuous improvement to scale best practices across regions.
